This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a gable-roofed projection in front extending to include a shed-roofed enclosed front vestibule. The frame construction is finished in drop siding painted with a textured stucco, and sits on a concrete foundation. Windows are fixed in front, and double-hung in the rest of the building. The gable roof is covered with grey interlocking shingles and sits perpendicular to the street. There is a brick veneer around the front door and the front foundation. Outbuildings include a shed and a garage shared with the next door house.
