This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with an
enclosed front entry with a gable roof. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and
consists of an offset front entrance with 4/4 double-hung windows with awnings.
The frame construction is finished in wood shingles and rests on a concrete foundation '
The gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features a central brick
chimney. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street and telescopes into a lower
roofline to one side. Outbuildings include a garage.
