This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has an L-shaped
plan with an attached garage with second-story living quarters. The two-bay
facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance with fixed
windows. The frame construction is finished in shingles and rests on a
cinderblock foundation. The flat roof is parallel to the street.
