This detached one-story commercial structure has a rectangular plan with
an abandoned gas line-up under a metal port. The facade is symmetrical and
consists of an off-center glass-paned front entrance with storefront windows.
The steel frame construction is finished in concrete and rests on a concrete
foundation. The gable roof is covered with red asphalt shingles and has
overhanging eaves.
