This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a
gable-roofed front porch and an attached one-bay gable-roofed garage. The
two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists,lof an off-center front entrance
with fixed 12-paned windows. The frame construction is finished in overlapping
board and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with red-
grey asphalt shingles and has a metal stovepipe. The axis of the roof is
parallel to the street.
