PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,

This detached two-story single-family residence has an irregular plan with
an asymmetrical front facade consisting of an offset front entrance under a shed
roof and fixed and 1/1 double-hung windows. There is a bay windows with beveled
glass in the upper panes. The frame construction is finished in asbestos siding
and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with grey asphalt
shingles and reatures returning eaves and a central brick chimney. The axis
of the roof is perpendicular to the street.

significant historical information concerning persons or events
associated with this property.

Phase of Bozeman's historic/architectural development.
