PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance, noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials.Discuss significant architectural features. This detached two-story single-family residence has an irregular plan with an asymmetrical front facade consisting of an offset front entrance under a shed roof and fixed and 1/1 double-hung windows. There is a bay windows with beveled glass in the upper panes. The frame construction is finished in asbestos siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with grey asphalt shingles and reatures returning eaves and a central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance. Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any significant historical information concerning persons or events associated with this property. This structure qualifies as a contributing element within a potential historic district due to its association with the residential aspect of the Civic Phase of Bozeman's historic/architectural development.
