This detached one=story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with
a gable overdoor above the recessed front entry and an attached garage to the
side front. The facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-set front entrance
with fixed windows. The frame construction is finished in shingles and rests on
a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with grey asphalt shingles
and features overhanging eaves and two metal stovepipes. The axis of the roof is
parallel to the street.
