This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a
recessed front entrance. The facade is asymmetrical and consists of fixed
and casement windows. The frame construction is finished in vertical and
horizontal clapboard and rests on a concrete foundation. The roof is almost
flat with overhanging eaves.
