This detached ohe-and-one-half story single-family residence has a square plan after several remodelings in 61 , 62, 64 and 71 . The two-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of a central front entrance with fixed and sliding sash windows. The frame construction is finished in board and batten and rests on a concrete foundation. The combination gable-flat roof is covered with metal and features a large shed-roofed wall dormer and an exterior brick chimney. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street. An apartment and garaged has been attached with a separate chimney. Outbuildings include a shed.
