This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a recessed front porch and an attached side garage under the main roof. The facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance with fixed windows. The frame construction is finished in man-make weatherboarding and rests on a concrete foundation faced with flag stones. The hipped roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features overhanging eaves and a central flagstone chimney.
