This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectangular
plan with hip-roofed enclosed front and back porches. The frame construction
is finished in asphalt shingles in good repair and rests on a concrete foundation
with stones set in , probably decorative, not structural . The windows are
double hung in the structure except for fixed windows in front. The gable
roof is covered with asphalt shingles in grey and has a concrete central chimney.
The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
