This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a gable-roofed bay extension in front with awnings over the front window and door. The frame construction is- finished in asphalt shingles and rests on a concrete foundation painted red. The gable roof is covered with red overlapping asphalt shingles and has a central stovepipe. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include a garage.
