This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a flat roof overhang above the front entry and an attached one-car garage, also with a flat roof. The two-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of a central front entrance with fixed cottage windows. The frame construc- tion is finished in asbestos siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features a metal stove pipe. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street.
