This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a shed roofed overhand protecting the front entrance and window extending from the gable roof. The facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance with fixed and casement windows and a venting system under the windows. The frame construction is finished in asbestos siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features two metal stovepipes. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street.
