This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a remodeled 1980 raised daylight basement and a raised deck to the front entrance. The facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance with casement windows and daylight basement windows. The frame construction is finished in board and batten and rests on a raised concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with grey asphalt shingles and features a metal stovepipe. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance.
