This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with
a remodeled attached garage and a central recessed entry with fixed and 6/6
double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in wood siding
and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable-flat combination roof is
covered with green asphalt shingles and lies perpendicular tothe street.
