This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a flat-roofed overhang above the cement stoop. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of a central front entrance with fixed and 1/2 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in shingles and plywood and rests on a raised concrete foundation. The flat roof is extended to form boxed eaves and has an interior metal stovepipe. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance.
