This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with an enclosed gable-roofed front vestibule next to an exterior brick chimney. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of a central front entrance with fixed and 2/4 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in weatherboard and rests on a concretE� foundation. The gable roof is covered with white asphalt shingles and lies parallel to the street. Outbuildings include a two-bay garage.
