This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with
a gable overdoor above the front entrance. The one-bay facade is symmetrical
and consists of a central front entrance with 1/1 double-hung windows, some
with metal awnings. The frame construction is finished in shingles and rests
on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with white asphalt
shingles and lies parallel to the street. Outbuildings include an attached
flat-roofed garage.
