This attached one-story double-family residence has a square plan with a recessed front entrance under a gable overdoor. The two-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of a central front entrance with 1/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with grey interlocking asphalt shingles and features exposed rafters. The axis is parallel to the street. Outbuildings include an attached garage.
