This detached single-family residence is one-and-one-half stories high -
with a raised portion of the roof in the center of the bui-lding. The
frame constructi-on is finished in 8" hardboard siding and sits- on a
concrete foundation. The windows are casement and fixed. The gable roof
is .covered with wood shakes and has a hipped addition. There is a central
metal chimney and an exterior brick chimney. The front entry has a
shed roof and there is a two-car attached garage to the rear. The
axis of the roof is parallel to the street.
