This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with
a recessed side entry on one side and a side entry on the front of the other
side. The one-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of casement windows
across the front. The frame construction is finished in shingles and rests on
a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with metal and features
overhanging eaves and a central chimney. The axis of the roof is parallel to
the street. Outbuildings include a garage.
