This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a flush entry and an attached projecting front bay garage. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance with fixed and casement windows, the entrance being in the hallway between house and garage. The frame construction is finished in clapboard with a concrete foundation. The flat roof lies parallel to the street.
