This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with an enclosed gable-roofed front vestibule. The three-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of a central front entrance with 2/2 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles with an intersecting gable facing front above the front vestibule. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street. Outbuildings include a garage.
