This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectangular
plan -with an enclosed shed-roofed front porch with side-facing entrance. The
three-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of 1/1 sliding sash windows.
The frame construction is finished in shingles and rests on a concrete foundatio .
The gambrel roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features overhanging
eaves and a central metal stovepipe. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to
the street. Outbuildings include a garage.
