This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a hipped roofed open front porch. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance with 1/1 double-hung windows. Tne frame construction is finished in weatherboard and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with grey asphalt shingles and features boxed eaves which are returning. There is a central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include a garage. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance.
