This one-and-one-half story upright and wing consists of two rectangular blocks joined with cross gables covered in asphalt shingles. Resting on a brick-faced concrete foundation, the structure is finished in stucco and trimmed in brick and wood shingles. A flared gable entry extends the roofline of the gable- fronted wing, filling in the inside corner of the "L" formed by the two main bays. The entry porch roof projects toward the street and is supported by ornamental metal which is a later addition, along with the foundations brick face, the basement windows, and the brick-trimmed porch stoop. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance.
