This detached one-story single-family residence has an L-shaped plan with a
two-car attached garage in front. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists
of a flush front entrance with fixed and sliding sash windows. The frame construc-
tion is finished in weatherboarding and rests on a cut stone foundation. The
hipped roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features overhanging eaves
with exposed rafters and a metal stovepipe.
