This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectangular
plan with sweeping gable roof connecting the two front-facing gable wings and
covering the recessed entryway. The facade is symmetrical and consists of a
central front entrance with two bay windows in front and casement windows.
The frame construction is finished in weather boarding and rests on a concrete
foundation. The gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features
a central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
