This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a shed roof
over the front entrance of the L-shaped structure. The facade is asymmetrical
and consists of boxed cornices and an offset entrance with fixed and 3/3 double-hun
windows. The frame construction is finished in shingles and rests on a concrete
foundation. The gable roof is covered with grey asphalt shingles and features
a shed-roofed dormer.
