Nelson tl r � PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structurelsite,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance, noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials.Discuss significant architectural features. Both bays of this L-shaped upright and wing structure are one-and-one-half stories with asphalt-shingled roof. The cross-gables meet at their crests. Resting on a concrete foundation, the house is shingled in asbestos, and has a front-facing entrance in the crux of the L. A hipped roof shelters the entrance and its accompanying single double-hung 1/1 window. The porch supports and brick half-wall are newer materials . The front'facing gabled bay projecting to the left of the entry features a pair of 1/1 double-hung windows at the first floor level and a single one above. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance. Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any significant historical information concerning persons or events associated with this property. This structure is an intrusive element within a potential historic district.
