This one-story foursquare "workingman 's cottage" rests on a concrete foundation
and is sided in asbestos shingles. Its pyramidal hipped roof is shingled with
asphalt. A central entry with bracketed gable and concrete stoop is flanked
by single double-hung windows symmetrically. Windows in the foundation indicate
a basement.
