PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,

This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectangular
plan with a symmetrical facade consisting of a central front entrance under a
steep gable intersecting roof and 6/1 double-hung windows , three of which are
separated under a steep intersecting gable as in the entrance. The frame con-
struction is finished in shiplap and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable
roof is covered with black asphalt shingles and features gabled dormers and an
exterior brick chimney. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street. Out-
buildings include a garage.
