This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with an
offset recessed front entry and 4/4 double-hung windows. The frame construction
is finished in stucco and rests on a concrete foundation. The hipped roof is
covered with grey asphalt shingles and has a concrete block chimney. The axis
of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include a garage.
