This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a gabled bracketed overdoor. The one-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance with casement 4-paned windows. The frame construction is finished in board and batten fit sideways and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with red asphalt shingles and features a chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
