This detached one-story single-family residence has an attached garage under the main roof and a flush entry. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and con- sists of an off-center front entrance with 2/2 doublehung and casement windows, with bottom transoms. The frame construction is finished in shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable (low) roof is covered with grey asphalt shingles and has overhanging eaves and an offset chimney. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street. Outbuildings include a garage.
