This attached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a greek cross plan with an attached two-car garage in the rear and a shed-roofed overhang protecting the front entrance. The facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance with fixed and casement windows. The frame construction is finished in 8" hardboard siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable-hipped combination roof is covered with wood shingles and has a brick chimney and metal stovepipe. The axis of the main roof is parallel to the street.
