This detached one-story multi-family residence has a U-shaped plan with an
overhung central porch with gabled overdoor on the north and south entrance.
There are 6/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in
asphalt shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered
with wood shakes and lies parallel to the street with the two front-facing
gabled wings. Outbuildings include a garage.
