This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a flat roof overhang with a side trellis protecting the front entrance. Windows are fixed and the frame construction is covered with white clapboard. The structure rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and has one brick central chimney and overhanging eaves. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include an attached garage.
