This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a sym-
metrical facade consisting of a recessed off-center front entrance with fixed
and casement windows. The frame construction is finished in board and batten
and asbestos siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The hipped roof is
covered with grey-yellow asphalt shingles and has a central metal stovepipe.
The axisof the roof is parallel to the street. Outbuildings include a one-
bay garage.
