This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with
a side gable-roofed porch extending from the main roof, with wood posts and
solid railing . The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of 1/1 double=
hung windows and a side entrance. The frame construction is finished in clap-
board and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with brown
asphalt shingles and features a metal stovepipe. The axis of the roof is
parallel to the street. Outbuildings include an attached greenhouse and garage.
