This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a gable overdoor supported by brackets above the front entrance and a flat-roofed attached garage to one side. The facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off= center front entrance with fixed and 1/1 sliding sash windows. The frame con- struction is finished in bevel siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features a central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
