Discuss significant architectural features. This detached one-and-one-half story duplex has a rectangular plan with a gabled bracketed overdoor. The facade is symmetrical and consists of the central front entrance with 6/6 and 1/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features a shed-roofed dormer on the front and a metal stovepipe. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street.
