This one-story square-plan residence rests on a concrete foundation, and is
sided with horizontal aluminum siding, It presents an asymmetrical facade to
the street. A shallow-pitched roof combines pyramidal hip with gable roofs
shingled in asphalt. A shallow-hipped hood extends the overhanging eaves over
the front entry and fixed picture window, accentuating the main offset features
of the low, horizontal facade.
