This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a metal awning over the front entrance. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance with fixed and casement windows under awnings. The frame construction is finished in metal siding and rests on a raised concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features overhangiing, boxed eaves. It lies perpendicular to the street. Alterations include basement apartments.
