PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance, noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials. Discuss significant architectural features. This detached two-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a deck to the south. The facade is asymmetrical and consists of a series of descending gable roofs facing front and including a garage in the basement level . There are fixed and casement windows. The frame construction is finished in 10" yellow hardboard siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The foundation has a full brick facade. The gable-hipped combination roof is covered with grey asbestos shingles and features a shed dormer to the rear, and a central brick chimney. The axis of the main roof is parallel to the street. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance. Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any significant historical information concerning persons or events associated with this property.
