This detached two-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a garage attached to the rear and a side-facing entrance. The two-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of fixed and 4/4 and 1/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in manmade weatherboard and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with red-white asphalt shingles and features boxed eaves and a brick chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
