This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a stucco finish which obscures its foundation. The asphalt-shingled gable roof has its axis parallel to the street, but features a front-facing gabled entry bay. The bay acts as the main facade consisting of both door and windows hooded by metal awnings.
