Discuss significant architectural features. This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a flush front entry above a cement stoop. The one-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance with casement and fixed windows. The frame construction is finished in 4" beveled siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with light grey asphalt shingles and features a central metal stovepipe. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street.
