PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance, noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials.Discuss significant architectural features. This detached one-and-one-half story multi -family residence has a square plan with a hipped roof front porch with solid railing. The facade is symmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance with double-hung and fixed windows with stained glass in front. The frame construction is finished in novelty siding and rests on a rubble stone foundation. The gable roof is covered with dark green asphalt shingles and features two dormers , one in the center front with a hipped roof, and a small one center rear. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street. Outbuildings include a shed-like garage at the rear of the lot. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance. Research in the ources consulted in this survey has not yielded any significant historical information concerning persons or events associated with this property.
